Outsourced Advisory Consultant

Due to significant recent growth, I am searching for a self-directed, experienced and forward-thinking accountant with a commercial and analytical brain to work within my clients' dramatically expanding OutsourcedFD Advisory division. The successful candidate should relish providing strategic advice to small and medium sized privately owned businesses, presenting to board / owner level while managing a client portfolio with the support of our outsourced accounting team.

The Role;

Managing a comprehensive suite of outsourced advisory services for your own portfolio of clients;
Developing and expanding new and existing relationships with key client decision makers;
Ensuring continuous delivery of all ongoing client engagements;
Reviewing management accounts and critical management information, sense checking the output, identifying trends and providing insightful commentary to clients;
Developing systems to identify trends, opportunities and problems enabling your clients to make key decisions and deliver strategic plans;
Working with a varied client portfolio with regular client interaction, job autonomy and full support from a team of hard working specialists;

The Software;

Experience working with cloud software, especially Xero and Quickbooks and associated Apps such as Receipt Bank and FUTRLi.

Attributes of a an ideal Outsourced Advisory Consultant;
Qualified AAT, part or fully qualified ACA or ACCA or CIMA possessing current practice experience;
Having a real passion for what you do especially when interacting with a variety of people from different environments;
Excellent communication skills - oral and written; 
Personal and team organisational skills, you need to enjoy working within a team, managing staff, handling pressure and multiple assignments without missing deadlines;
Be forward thinking, innovative and keen to make a significant contribution to our continued growth;
Positive and committed to the firm and its core values in dealings with both staff and clients.
