What’s in a job?
A number of our consultants are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and all provide a service that concentrates on getting to know candidates and clients and giving them the best possible advice. So a friendly, outgoing personality is a must, alongside the self-confidence to offer honest and impartial advice.
Experience or in-depth knowledge of one of our sectors of expertise is also obviously beneficial.

Ken Wilson Associates is an established and well respected recruitment consultancy. Based in Newcastle for over 21 years with long standing relationships and in depth market knowledge, we are now in the position of extending our Financial Recruitment division.
Our ethics are geared towards delivering a consultative service with an emphasis on quality over quantity. A principle applied to our delivery of service towards applicants and clients in equal measure.
The role will be based in our Newcastle City Centre offices where we would like to offer the right individual the tools needed to flourish in this specialist Accountancy market. You will enjoy sales and have the motivation and skill set to get onto our enviable commission structure within the first 3 months.
