When Ken Wilson established KWA in 1987, he already had extensive experience at management level in the North East’s leading financial recruitment company. Added to that experience was his passionate belief that building positive long-term relationships based on trust should lie at the heart of successful recruitment. Today this willingness to understand an organisation’s needs allied to the ability to see the wider industry picture means a continuing reputation for achieving comprehensive, long lasting solutions to recruitment needs.

Ken also owns and manages the successful high street recruitment agency ‘Direct Recruitment’. He has been a Fellow member of REC for fifteen years.

Debra’s extensive work experience includes working for the CEO of the NHS in the North of England before moving into recruitment some 16 years ago. Instrumental in the rapid growth and success of Ken Wilson Associates, her particular area of expertise is one in which she has in-depth knowledge and an enviable track record of meeting both clients and candidates’ requirements. She is a qualified member of REC.
