Our selection advice starts long before any short-listing or interviewing.
It involves working with you to determine whether your candidate search requirements are realistic and providing your organisation with the skills and experience it needs. This may involve telling you things you don't want to hear, but you can trust us to convey them anyway.
For example, have you got your overall skills mix right? What happens if all your part -qualified staff qualify around the same time and decide to move on? Are you asking for unrealistically high qualifications for this kind of salary?
Of course when we do get down to the nitty gritty of short-listing, you can be sure you’ll only be sent people who match what you’re looking for, right down to their ability to work with your existing staff.
