From start to finish
Working with you, we’ll develop a recruitment strategy that’s tailored to your particular needs.
This will involve searching our extensive database of candidates to find suitable candidates and we may also include advertising on major internet job boards and in specialist publications and local papers.
In addition, we’ll take the hard work out of response handling, short-listing (using specialist software) and screening of CVs. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed of what’s going on, but won’t weigh you down with administrative detail. We can even supply interviewing facilities.
